It is forbidden to jointly purchase master classes (clubbing), transfer the login and password from your personal account to others. It is forbidden to share the information obtained in the video tutorials in the public domain.

The use of the results of intellectual activity, if such use is carried out without the consent of the copyright holder, is illegal and entails liability established by the current legislation.

Legal protection extends both to the entire Site as a whole, and to its individual elements, recognized as independent objects of copyright.

- in the amount from two hundred dollars to twenty thousand dollars, determined at the discretion of the court;
- in double the value of copies of the work or in double the value of the right to use the work, determined on the basis of the price that, under comparable circumstances, is usually charged for the lawful use of the work.

In addition to civil (property) liability, an infringer of copyright and / or related rights may be brought to administrative or criminal liability.

The rights to use one copyright object (drawing, image, photograph, article, etc.) posted on the Site are granted by concluding a License Agreement with the copyright holder under the terms of a simple (non-exclusive) license (Clause 1, Clause 1, Article 1236 of the Civil Code RF).
